New Year, New Menus

We are starting 2014 with a BANG and couldn't be more excited to debut our new menu tonight! We've added some truly delectable dishes to our already killer menu, and we think our neighborhood noshers are going to love these new additions! From fresh salads, like The Lucy, with kale + red apples + sliced Spanish onions + avocado + toasted pumpkin seeds served with a lemon vinaigrette, to new sandwiches and sides, our lunch menu makeover will make your midday meal unforgettable. If the dish descriptions don't do it for you, Buffy Dekmar's beautiful photos sure will make your mouth water.
If you already love our out-of-this-world bacon, take a look at The Wedge salad, crunchy romaine with grape tomatoes + crumbled bleu cheese + SIMB's honey bacon + roasted walnuts + green goddess dressing. Or check out the steamy soba noodle bowl with tender pulled chicken + carrots + cucumber + sprouts + cilantro in a coconut + lemongrass broth... YUM! 
If dinner is what you've got in mind, and you're thinking that burger looks mighty good, you are in luck!! SIMB is proud to debut The Zia, a half pound of Niman Ranch all natural beef, with Hatch green chile + sharp cheddar + roasted garlic aioli and The Fez, an all natural lamb burger with feta + olive tapenade + black pepper with mint aioli. Wash either one down with a brew from our craft beer list, and you've got the ultimate casual meal! Or sample our new scallop dish: tri-zested scallops with ginger gastrique + warm lentil + cranberry salad + fresh dill + beet vinaigrette, perfect with the Bliss Family Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc.
