Guests enjoyed a variety of passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour from fried chicken satay with a sour plum dipping sauce and fried green tomatoes with spicy pimento cheese to a smoked mozzarella with tomato and olive salsa served on a garlic crouton. The seated and served dinner began with a mixed field green salad with local tomatoes, fried Vidalia onions and a dijon vinaigrette. Elise + David chose a dual entree plate with our miso glazed salmon and pepper seared filet of beef, served with roasted fingerling potatoes and garlic and shallot sauteed haricot vert. After cake and a lot of dancing, guests saw the happy couple off into the chilly night.
